BOOKING NOTES
1. A deposit of $300 secures your place. Groups are limited in size to one bus.
2. Deposit is refundable if canceled four months prior to departure date.
3. The final payment is due by mid-July 2020. Clients will be invoiced accordingly. Port taxes are included in the price but may require slight adjustment subject to the final confirmed amount by the airline.
5. Final flight schedules will be confirmed at final invoice mid-July 2020. Travel Packs with final flight and hotel details with support documents will be sent out approximately Eight weeks prior to departure and after final payment.
7. During each day, lunch stops will be made at selected self-service restaurants where snacks or full meals can be purchased at reasonable prices“(full meals averages $20-25, snacks average $10-15).
Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Please note, the deposit and final payment will be held by Biblical Resources LLC at the address listed below. The deposit will
be credited towards your final invoice.
2. If you cancel your booking after final payment, we reserve the right to apply the following cancellation charges:
56 days or less before departure date, 50% cancellation charge;
42 days or less before departure date, 75% cancellation charge.
28 days or less before departure date, 100% cancellation charge.
3. Visas to enter TURKEY can be secured on-line, details will follow. Visas to enter GREECE are granted automatically to US
passport holders. Other nationalities may require a visa - appropriate advice will be given.
4. Passports should be valid for the dates of travel and for at least 6 months AFTER the return date of this tour.
5. There are no immunizations required for this visit.
